Meet Megan: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in New York, NY

Hello, my name is Megan. I enjoy reading, yoga and traveling. I am looking to work as a nanny or babysitter on weekends and breaks during the summer. I have been teaching science for eight years in both middle school and elementary school settings. While I love teaching, I would enjoy working one-on-one with younger children beyond the classroom setting.

My educational experience and M. A. in Education makes me comfortable in creating fun activities that entertain, engage, and keep children busy. Additionally, my classroom experience lends itself to facilitating an environment that supports

routines, transitions, and big feelings in a calm, loving way. I am dependable and extremely particular about making sure children are safe, listened to. Furthermore, I am CPR/first aid certified and extremely communicative.
