Meet Grace: A nanny and babysitter in Baltimore, MD

From a young age, I took on the role of caregiver for my younger siblings after our mother left when I was five. I was responsible for making sure they were fed, clean, and prepared for school each day. I helped with homework, tended to them when they were sick, comforted them when they were upset, and supported them in every way I could. Taking care of them through the years created a deep bond between us and taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and unconditional care.

In addition to my siblings, I’ve also enjoyed babysitting my two nieces, now ages 7 and 3. Being part of their lives as they grow and develop their own personalities has been incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s story time, playtime, or helping with routines, I find joy in being a steady, caring presence in their lives.
