Meet Maryam: A nanny and babysitter in Silver Spring, MD

Hello, my name is Maryam and I'm currently a senior at UMD, studying Information Science and Psychology. As the eldest of 5, I have always loved being around children, hence my love for babysitting. I have over two years of paid experience watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids up to 15 years old, but have personal experiences of the above since a very young age. My responsibilities have included, crafts, tutoring, cooking, and cleaning. I love to engage the children I care for in a multitude of activities like playing sports, baking, science experiments, different crafts and arts and more. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive, and I strive to support each child’s individual needs with care and sensitivity!
