Meet paola: A nanny and babysitter in Glendale, CA

My name is Paola but I go by Pao, I'm 35 years old and a proud Los Angeles native. I currently work full-time as a Casting Manager for a streaming service, and in my free time, I love giving back to the community—especially when it involves working with kids.

I volunteer regularly at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, spending time with the kiddos, which truly fills my heart. I also read to children through the Reading to Kids program on weekends. Supporting kids from underserved communities is deeply important to me, and I’m passionate about making sure they feel seen, supported, and inspired, especially when it comes to their education.

I’m now looking to become a part-time nanny on weekends. I absolutely love being around kids—their energy, curiosity, and joy are unmatched. There haven’t been any young kids in my own family for a long time (my youngest cousin is now 25!), so I find myself naturally drawn to spaces where I can connect with and care for little ones.

Ideally, I’d love to grow with one family long-term, but I’m also open to occasional evening babysitting opportunities. I bring warmth, creativity, and responsibility to everything I do and I’d be honored to support a family that shares similar values.
