We're seeking a reliable, caring babysitter to help with our three wonderful children—an infant, preschooler, and elementary-age child.
**About the Role:**
This is casual, as-needed babysitting starting February 6th, 2026. You'll be the trusted caregiver our family relies on for occasional support.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Engage with each child at their developmental level
• Help with homework and school pick-ups/drop-offs
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals
• Manage bedtime routines
• Maintain a safe, structured environment with age-appropriate activities
**What We're Looking For:**
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Own reliable vehicle (essential for school runs)
• Experience caring for multiple ages
• Ability to adapt to each child's needs
• Commitment to maintaining routines
**Compensation & Details:**
• $15-$23/hour (based on experience)
• Flexible, occasional scheduling
• Part of a nanny share arrangement with screening process
