**About the Role:**
You'll provide loving care and light housekeeping support on a flexible schedule of approximately 8 shifts per month. We're looking for someone who can handle two unique babies and adapt to their individual needs.

**Ideal Schedule (Flexible):**
• Week 1: Tuesday 3-7pm (housework + childcare with at least one parent present)
• Week 1: Saturday 5-9pm (solo childcare)
• Week 2: Thursday 3-7pm (housework + childcare)
• Week 2: Sunday 10am-4pm (childcare)

**What We're Looking For:**
• Non-smoker
• Pet-friendly and comfortable helping care for our senior dog (backyard time, feeding)
