✨ What You'll Do:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for one infant two days per week. You'll support paced bottle feeding, follow the baby's nap cues, and create a fun, creative environment. A parent will be working from home, so you won't be alone!

📅 Schedule:
2 days per week (flexible days)
5-6 hours per day
Typically 10am-5pm

💰 Compensation:
$18-26/hour
Start date: March 18

✅ Requirements:
Non-smoker
Updated vaccinations (COVID, flu, TDAP)
Great communication skills and reliability
Experience with newborn care or paced feeding preferred
Parenting experience is a plus but not required!

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Location: Arnold, MD
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

💰 COMPENSATION
$20-$35/hour (based on experience)

🚗 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide safe, engaging childcare for three children with different developmental needs
• Drive children to activities and appointments (valid driver's license & vehicle required)
• Prepare nutritious snacks and meals
• Assist with homework and educational activities
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities
• Maintain open communication with parents
• Work collaboratively with another caregiver on staff
